A serial entrepreneur and consultant, Mark is the original co-founder of the company with Rich. With over 30 years of small and big company operational, sales and marketing experience, Mark heads up the administrative and operational side of the company. He is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former Marine Officer.

Last month, our CTO spoke at the first edition of RubyRx, a new series for the No Fluff Just Stuff symposium tour. The two day event, held in Raleigh, NC, catered to an east-coast crowd of about 60 developers covering topics as diverse as Erlang and Clojure. Chad introduced attendees to what's changed in Ruby 1.9 and demystified ActiveRecord by walking through some of the more interesting parts of its internals.
